ما لا نفعله

لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع، ولا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل خدمات التطبيق فقط: حفظ بياناتك ومزامنتها بين أجهزتك، وتسجيل الدخول، وتنفيذ ما تطلبه من تفعيل وتجديد على لوحاتك، وإرسال الرسائل التي تجدولها، والرد على طلبات الدعم.

أين تُحفظ البيانات ومن يعالجها

حماية البيانات

بياناتك مرتبطة بحسابك، وقواعد الأمان على الخادم تمنع أي مستخدم آخر من الوصول إليها، والاتصال بخوادمنا مشفّر.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه لأصحاب الأعمال، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

Privacy Policy — Al-Wakeel

Who we are

Al-Wakeel is a business management tool for internet service provider (ISP) agents: managing subscribers and their subscriptions and renewals, debts and payments, and connecting to ISP management panels. Developer: Ali Al-Halfi.

Data we collect

  • Your account data: name, email address and password, used to sign in and protect your account.
  • Business data you enter yourself: your customers' details (name, phone number, address, subscription type and dates, amounts, debts, payments and notes), operations history, prices and expenses.
  • Connection data you add: addresses, usernames and passwords of your ISP management panels, and addresses and login details of your network devices; used only so the app can connect to them on your behalf.
  • WhatsApp messages you schedule for your customers (text and recipient number): stored in your account until the Al-Wakeel desktop app on your computer sends them from your own WhatsApp account.

Device permissions

  • Contacts: only when you pick a phone number for a customer. We save only the number you choose and never upload your contact list.
  • Photos and camera: only to choose a logo shown on customer receipts; it is stored on your device only.
  • Local network: to connect to network devices (towers, switches, routers) that you add yourself, to show their status.
  • You can decline any permission; the rest of the app keeps working.

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking across apps or websites, no analytics or tracking tools, and we never sell or rent your data.

How we use data

Only to provide the app's features: storing and syncing your data across your devices, signing in, performing the activations and renewals you request on your panels, sending the messages you schedule, and answering support requests.

Where data is stored and who processes it

  • Data is stored on Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), acting as a hosting provider that processes data on our behalf.
  • Connections to ISP panels go directly from your device to the company you choose, using the credentials you entered.
  • WhatsApp messages are sent from your own WhatsApp account.
  • We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

Security

Your data is tied to your account; server-side security rules prevent any other user from accessing it, and connections to our servers are encrypted.

Retention and deletion

  • We keep your data while your account exists.
  • You can delete your account and all of its data at any time inside the iPhone app: side menu → "حذف الحساب" (Delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent on our servers. Details
  • You can also request deletion by contacting us; we complete it within 7 days.

Children

The app is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with the update date.
