حذف الحساب — تطبيق الوكيل

حذف الحساب من التطبيق (الآيفون)

افتح تطبيق «الوكيل» وسجّل الدخول.
افتح القائمة الجانبية واضغط «حذف الحساب».
أدخل كلمة المرور للتأكيد، ثم اضغط «حذف الحساب نهائياً» وأكّد.

يتم الحذف فوراً ونهائياً من خوادمنا، وتظهر لك رسالة تؤكد اكتمال الحذف. لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف.

ما الذي يُحذف

بيانات حسابك: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور.
جميع المشتركين وبياناتهم وهواتفهم وعناوينهم.
سجل العمليات والتفعيلات والتجديدات والديون والتسديدات.
الأسعار والمصروفات والملاحظات.
لوحات التحكم المربوطة وبيانات دخولها، والأجهزة المربوطة.
رسائل واتساب المجدولة وإعداداتها.

يشمل الحذف كل أجهزتك المرتبطة بهذا الحساب (الهاتف والحاسبة).

لا تستطيع الدخول إلى التطبيق؟

راسلنا من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك على alialistar2026@gmail.com أو عبر واتساب، وسنحذف الحساب وجميع بياناته خلال 7 أيام ونؤكد لك عند اكتمال الحذف.

Delete your Al-Wakeel account

Delete inside the app (iPhone)

Open the Al-Wakeel app and sign in.
Open the side menu and tap "حذف الحساب" (Delete account).
Enter your password to confirm, tap "حذف الحساب نهائياً" (Delete account permanently) and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent on our servers, and a message confirms when it is complete. It cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your account data: name, email address and password.
All of your customers and their details, phone numbers and addresses.
Operations history, activations, renewals, debts and payments.
Prices, expenses and notes.
Connected ISP panels and their login details, and connected devices.
Scheduled WhatsApp messages and their settings.

Deletion applies to every device linked to the account (phone and computer).

Can't sign in?

Email us from the address registered on your account at alialistar2026@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We will delete the account and all of its data within 7 days and confirm when it is complete.
